Appointments
I offer a free meet and greet consultation which is a prerequisite to booking an appointment. It’s a great opportunity for us all to meet and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no obligation to book either from you or myself.

The meet and greet is a positive way of introducing your pet to me and my salon and will go along way to cement the trust and bond between us. It enables me to assess their coat and their grooming needs, find out their grooming history and we’ll both be able to observe your pet's temperament and behaviour.
It allows me to find out what you would hope to achieve and for me to manage your expectations.
As a holistic dog groomer I believe in a 4-6 week maintenance schedule. It helps to develop a close bond between me and the dogs and they learn to trust me. I don’t take dogs who would only come once or twice as this wouldn’t be fair to them.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW FEES
When a client books an appointment slot they have requested to book my time exclusively to them on a one to one basis.
Owners are responsible for remembering their dog’s scheduled appointments,
I do not provide a reminder service.

CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS
A 25 fee will be incurred for;
*Cancelling with less than 24hours notice
*Arriving late for your scheduled appointment which will result in a cancellation
*Arriving but the groom can’t go ahead and needs to be cancelled through
no fault of my own, example; if the dog is ill or injured
*NO SHOWS- all pre-booked appointments will automatically be cancelled and 100% of the appointment fee will be incurred and required to be paid before rebooking
